At BA Williams Solicitors we aim to be as transparent as we can about our fees so you know exactly where you stand. Each client’s case / matter is different, so we aim to have a brief consultation to discuss your case / matter and thereon provide you with a clear idea of our fees, as well as any factors that could potentially increase or decrease the final cost so that there are no hidden surprises along the way.

If the property you are purchasing is leasehold, we will also need to obtain a sale pack from the landlord and/or managing agents who look after the building. The price of these varies, and if landlord’s consent is required there will also be legal charges payable to the landlord’s solicitors.
